These two sacred images are those of Rādhā and Krishna, standing in a solid, hand-carved sandalwood shrine. I’m posting this because I couldn’t resist sharing the sense of mystery and the strikingly beautiful setting and imagery that is found here. Again! They are both calling us all to love with the divine flute music! At least, that is what the tradition out of which they come so ardently expresses! Today is the day on which the divinity of Krishna and his manifestation in this world is celebrated.
